Do you ship outside continental US or Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada, but not outside the continental US.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

All product shipping within the continental US is FREE of charge.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. You can pick up in the following address :

Since we do not keep our stock in this address, you will need to place the order in advance and the product will be available for pick up with in 2 business day.
A pick up request will need to be indicate during the order process, otherwise the product will be process as ship to door order.

Can I customize the delivery date of my product?

The delivery date solely depends on the product shipment. However, we advise you to contact our customer care for further inquiries

What are the payment methods available for Cabinet Motion products?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders, and PayPal.

How can I change the shipping address on my order?

In case you want to change the shipping address, contact our customer care immediately. However, additional freight charges might be levied if you want to apply the change after the product ships.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. A written cancellation via email is require in order to cancel the order.

Returns:

What is your return policy?

We accept a return. The product must be return in its original box and package material. All the parts and hardware will have to maintain in original condition without installation damage. The product must be returned along with the receipt and the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. The return will have to pass a period of 7 business day inspection time upon receival. A return receipt will be issue via email after approval.

I received a damaged product. How can I return it?

There is no need to return the entire order if only a part of it is found damaged. The damaged product will be replaced immediately. To replace the damage parts, you will require to send the photo and damage description via email.
However, in case you want to return the entire order, it will be treated as a regular return.
